Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stopped by to get some advice on places to visit. Provided some great maps and directions. Handy location near the beach.

A good place to drop in and some good useful pamphlets. Nice staff who were able to assist. Good location. On the bike track and near the shops.

Sorry I don't remember the lady who spoke to us today.
However she was so engaging, with loads of local knowledge and places to visit, here in Kingscliff and surrounding areas, with maps, culture and eatery, lovely to listen and talk too. On her advice we have mapped out the next few days of interest.
A place to visit first, well done to Kingscliff info centre.

Handy place. Downside - it's older, volunteer staff. They looked at us & recommended old people stuff to do - we're "older: but physically active! One lady we spoke to dismissed our comment about the koala forests being cut down with "that's progress". (It's not.) Courtesy of COVID, if you touch a brochure you keep it... or put it in the bin!

Dropped into the information centre to ask about a walking track I had heard of. They were able to tell me where it went from and to where. How long it would take and what there was to see. Very helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable.

Great information and assistance from the staff at Kingscliff… we called in both on our way to Queensland and then again when we stayed on our journey back through NSW. You are a wealth of information and so friendly… thanks to you all.

Friendly interested staff who were keen to assist and volunteered information that was helpful. They were volunteers who obviously loved their local area and were keen to promote it to people such as ourselves who just walked in to check what was available.

This is well worth popping into if its your first time in the area as we did. We chatted with a most helpful lady and got lots of good ideas. There is good information about heritage walks in the area too.
