The Junee Roundhouse Museum is a must when visiting Junee. It's manned by friendly, volunteer staff, and entry is reasonably priced. Half the historic roundhouse is museum and the other half still operates as a railway workshop.

What an interesting museum. I'm not a train collector but loved the collection of lots of trains that you get on board and walk through. Very clever set up the round house idea still in use today. Friendly, informative volunteers.

My wife and I have taken a number of friends to Junee. Stayed at the Caravan Park and the highlight of the visit is the Roundhouse Musium. We all appreciate the work done by the volunteers and loved all the exhibits.

Friendly staff took us through the history of the Junee rail district. The round table workshop still operates and provides a home for several generations of rail rollingstock. Take the time to see.

Great oversight into how the trains operated and "turned" around years ago. Lots of trains to look at and explore. A must for train buffs.
