On Port Stevens. The sand is white and the water suitable for children. Walk along the beach and enjoy the changing color of the clear water. Wonderful place.

Great view over the bay, not very busy. Good 4wd access on the eastern end.Dolphins cruising past, the odd hammer head shark too.

We came down in a late afternoon and this spot was lovely. Little to no waves this place is perfect for families and for swimming. Beautiful with soft sand and plenty of parking. You can view Nelson bay over the water!

Safe for kids to swim and beautiful for family to walk along and collect shells. No sure if it a dog beach but saw lots of dogs on lead. So is great to take your fur babies for a swim.

We love this place. Our fifth year camping here. The beach is lovely, uncrowded. Soft sand great walks. Surf is generally a bit rough though

Good spot with little waves. No life guard patrols or much shade. Lots of seaweed growing in the shallow water. 4wd access available.

Make sure you take the shortest track to the beach which roughly level with the caravan park's reception office. There is another track about 100 metres further east but that is less direct, much longer and the soft sand is a killer. Jimmy's Beach has...More

You need to apply for a yearly pass at council. Only those who are professional fishermen and disabled will get one. Because of this many people just take the chance
