We invite you to explore our factory where these delicious treats are created for all to enjoy. Make your way through the big wooden doors where you will be greeted with hundreds of amazing, locally made, exclusive products for all tastes and ages. ** Monday and Tuesday open for Retail and Tours only (Cafe closed)

    A first visit today
    A pleasant experience with the chocolate tastings. Unfortunately during Mid December and end January tours are not available. The factory closes for a well earned break. We were served by a lovely lady who assisted with flavours and recommendations. We bought and eat 3 chocolates and guess what, we ordered more of the original tasting. Yum yum 🤤 My aunt loved the kangaroo 🦘 We will return in the year for the tour. Thank you 😊

    Ordered through their online shop. Communication was excellent, made me feel like I was their number one priority. One item was out of stock, they contacted me straight away, giving me a number of options to choice from. My order arrived very well packed. Couldn't be happier with the Chocolate Factory Gosford

A pleasant experience with the chocolate tastings. Unfortunately during Mid December and end January tours are not available. The factory closes for a well earned break.

We were served by a lovely lady who assisted with flavours and recommendations.

We bought and eat 3 chocolates and guess what, we ordered more of the original tasting.

Yum yum 🤤

My aunt loved the kangaroo 🦘

We will return in the year for the tour.

Worth a visit

If you are in the area this is worth a visit. Didn’t do the tour. Prices are reasonable for this type of business. Has a cafe as well.

Must see attraction in the area

A must see chocolate shop if you are staying in the area. Quite a big shop with lots of different chocolates , nougat and marshmallows and a cafe. The scattered very helpful.

You won't regret a visit to the Chocolate Factory!

The Chocolate Factory at Gosford is a lovely 'gem' that I have only recently discovered.

We made a our first visit today and did the Factory Tour. It was scheduled to be for 15minutes but went over time - and we all enjoyed it.

Andrew, the owner, conducted the tour. He presented well and is clearly knowledgeable and passionate about his business.

The marshmallow was in production on the day of our tour (and we all got to sample - YUMM).

Following the tour, we went to the cafe for lunch. There were 7 of us and the drinks order included mocha, caramel and vanilla milkshakes. All flavourful and served in old-fashioned metal milkshake cups.

The food order included: big fries, Factory Burger, Haloumi Stack, kids waffle and Cookies and Cream waffle.

Then we headed to the shop to "shop". Our group of 7, including 3 adults, were like the proverbial "kids in a candy store". Spoilt for choice - with quality products.

Best hot chocolates. Food is good too.

I was looking for nougat for hubby and when googling, I discovered this place. I was surprised when I found it made the nougat that Aldi has had in the past as a special that hubby loves. I like it as well, although I'm not a great nougat person. It is soft and not overly sweet, and they have a great variety. I also bought some chocolates as a gift. They are expensive but you expect that for specialty chocolates. Having bought the nougat late in the afternoon, I decided to come back the next day with hubby and try the cafe. There is not a lot of choice but hubby had the meatballs and I had the mushroom and haloumi on sourdough. Both were nice. However the hot chocolate, made with real chocolate, was really yummy. I had the chocolate peppermint, a hint of peppermint and 2 big peppermint mallows, with a small chocolate as accompaniment. I am a chocoholic, and it was one of the best hot chocolates I have had. For sweets hubby had the nutella croissant, filled with nutella, and I had the kids Belgian waffle (for kids from 0-90), with little gold chocolate stars and chocolate hundreds and thousands. Yum, we enjoyed everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Probably not a place I would go to all the time as the menu is small and I would be having the same thing, but we will certainly be back. It is quite out of the way, a gps is handy. Having lived on the central coast for 35 years, I have seen it mentioned from time to time but never come across it. I'm glad I finally did.

Awesome chocolates

We visited here on a Saturday but were a bit disappointed to find they didn’t do tours on the weekend. That was the only downfall though. Customer service was lovely and the chocolates, although a tad expensive were phenomenal.

Delicious visit after the waterfalls!

Yummy in my tummy.

Genuine lovely staff. Great Covid safe plan. Amazing array of products. Purchased some goods from the factory and then ate in the cafe. Great burger and croissant. We avoided the scone due to the look of the dusty sample in the window. But oh boy did the other food coming out look the goods. I’d say some pretty tasty treats. Had a great little stop sans busses and tourists. Well done team.
