Did a dive with these guys out at Julian Rocks. Byron Bay Dive Centre is a very professional and I could tell that they took everyone's safety very seriously. Allow a few hours, as you will need to drive to the beach to get the boat out. I was a bit disappointed, as on this particular day they listed on... More

We were looking forward to snorkelling around the rocks, and we did see sharks, rays and turtles despite the cloudy water. However, the ride out was horrific. Probably fun for young people, but that amount of bouncing in a fast speedboat left one child, and 3 adults out of 10 visitors all feeling sick. It was a shame that there... More

Did the snorkel tour to Julian Rocks with BBDC on 27th January after original booking on 24 January was cancelled due to bad weather. Communication was good, seamless check in. Safety talks were clear. The actual snorkel tour itself was amazing. Lots of fish, coral, turtles etc. Saw more on this tour than have seen previously on Great Barrier Reef.... More

I did an afternoon dive & snorkel - loved the experience. I can't say enough good things about these people: the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, the equipment was great, they set everything up for you but allow you plenty of time to check it yourself. Good briefing before the dive from the guides and skipper (Dennis - you... More

After a refresher in the morning (which was great to jog the memory of all the key things) I went straight out on the morning dive. We saw so many leopard sharks - at one point I think there were about 5 circling us! Also a massive ray (probably a bull ray apparently), jelly fish and turtles. Was great, the... More
