Jessica was extremely professional but mostly she displayed great compassion and went above and beyond to help me with the booking as it was of a delicate matter. At the airport we were met by Shawn Roach who was also very professional and having been briefed by Jessica of our situation was also very kind and compassionate. The car was impeccable and Shawn's driving skills are excellent. We had a 2 hour journey to our destination which seemed to fly by as Shawn and my daughter struck up a conversation which was a blessing as she suffered sever anxiety.
