Do not bring your dog here. Despite numerous previous reviewers confirming that this cellar door was dog friendly and our own note to them that we were bringing our dog, when we arrived we were turned away by an extremely rude and unpleasant woman (I wish I’d gotten her name - working at noon on Saturday 28 November). Not only was she not in the least apologetic, she also became aggressive and refused when we requested a refund of the tasting fee we had paid online. Turns out their new “no-dogs” policy is in the terms and conditions. That’s all well and good, but for a cellar door that previously was so publicly dog friendly, you should really consider making this more prominent on your website. In any event, you should not get hostile with customers. I for one will not be returning - with or without my dog.…

Next time will book, but got in for a quickie. The service was friendly and relaxed. We felt very comfortable and delicious wines were indulged in. Generous tasting and the lady serving was helpful in advising us about the area.A great start to the day. Happy days!!!
