Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What a lovely stop - we picked up a brochure for wine tasting and headed there on a whim... turned out to be a great decision! A cosy lounge area, lots of interesting sweets and savouries at the providore, and very welcoming and knowledgeable ladies at the cellar door. Some different wine varieties as well as the usuals, we were also delivered a cheese and cracker platter during our tasting. We left with a few of our favourites, and some treats for the kids, and fully intend to stop in again on our way out in a few days time. Thank you!

Called in and had a fantastic experience. The young lady was very accommodating. We were 4 persons and the wine tasting was held in a separate room. Wines were good and the grocery store had a number of interesting items. 10 out of 10 for the service

An absolutely fantastic place to stop on our way back from Jindabyne! We did a wine tasting and then chose some delicious cheese & charcuterie from the shop for lunch and they provided the board and knives. Absolutely delicious and fabulous wines! We will definitely be back!

We stopped here for some wonderful quality items from their providore store and for a wine tasting. The wines were from the Clare Valley but the red grape varieties were not the usual and were from the more obscure but interesting grape varieties from Italy and Spain. I bought a few and they still tasted good when I got home (which is not always the case :)).

Little gem in the Snowy Mountains. Great grocer with some beautiful produce. We went there for a wine tasting and were positively surprised. Richard is a great host and he took all the time to explain the specifics to each wine. As they procure their grapes they have a fantastic variety of wines. Their wine making style is to let the grape variety shine and this makes for beautiful “clean” wines. Something to enjoy for any palate. Thanks again Richard and crew for a fantastic afternoon. If you haven't been, please go and have a taste yourself!

Such a pleasant surprise. Hidden behind an old, meticulously tended hedge is a delightful garden with a walkway, fountain and established trees. Select your own picnic and sample the wines- what better way to spend a summer’s day. Inside, leather lounges and a fire - looks perfect for a winter’s day. Wonderful staff made the visit all the more pleasant.

What a great little stop over on the way to the mountains. We booked a wine tasting for the four of us and were treated to an excellent range by our extremely knowledgeable host . Expecting to pay, but no charge, so ended up buying several bottles to take with us to our overnight accommodations. Great little place with all sorts of really interesting offerings.

It's a shame this business has so little TripAdvisor reviews because it's an absolute gem. It's an offshoot of its main business in the Clare Valley but still has wines sourced from other wine regions. A very generous tasting which included absolutely delicious wines, cheese and biscuits, lovely owners and staff and a cute little tasting room/can also have tastings on front balcony so bring your dog (or cat!). It's on the main road travelling to or from Jindabyne so you can't miss it and if you're a wine/tasty produce fan you have no excuse to stop. You won't be disappointed ☺
