We visited this area recently and found the roads through the bush to be very dusty and rough but the camping and beach area was well worth the drive. The rock formations and oceans are brilliant.

It was a return visit after 20 years and we were happy to see it was still a beautiful natural environment. Araganuu was a lovely quiet campsite with lots of places in the bush for camping.

The beaches within Mimosa NP are usually a 3 or 4ks in from theTathra-Bermagui Road, but are well worth the effortto get there. Aragannu has a boardwalk over Aborigine middens, Nelsons Beach has an estuary on one side of the sand spit and the ocean...More
