I haven't seen many waterfalls in Australia but the Minyon Falls are certainly a masterpiece of Mother Nature. Easy to get there, there's a terrace that already gives a breathtaking view on the valley as well, and then the track to get there has a...More

A great half day trip if you're in the Byron area. We decided to go out and have a look with, I will admit, somewhat low expectations. I hadn't heard of these falls before so figured it wouldn't be to much to write home about....More

Well worth the drive off the highway through bangalow rainforest area. 100m drop from lookout to fall floor. Walk to floor 4.5km. Lots of wildlife. Simply stunning and peaceful

Worth a look - beautiful waterfall - short walk from parking area - toilets and picnic ground - take the 4.5km walk or just look from the large viewing platform - really a lovely spot to relax or explore

Used to visit when I was living in the area. Great picnic area but expect a visit from two rather large goannas looking for scraps. Also bring your swimmers so you can jump into the deep 'rock pool' a natural formation, near the edge of...More
