Beautiful! Just beautiful!

A must see and not as commercialised as Lands End so definitely the one I'd recommend if given a choice between the two. This place is stunning. I had a very reasonably priced... read more

We visited Lizard first, as we wanted to visit Lizard Point. We parked in the carpark in Lizard (made a small donation for parking) and found that very little was open. We tried to walk to Lizard Point but there were no signs anywhere, and ended up walking down a dirt track for a while before turning back. Lizard needs... More

A must see and not as commercialised as Lands End so definitely the one I'd recommend if given a choice between the two. This place is stunning. I had a very reasonably priced cream tea at the cafe sitting outside on the terrace - amazing. Definitely recommend. It's quite hilly but there are slopes if you can't manage the steps.... More

What a superb place to view wildlife and take in the breathtaking scenery. Definitely recommend- a stunning place which makes England one of the most beautiful countries on Earth (when the sun in shining)

Absolutely love Kynance Cove, gorgeous sandy beach and crystal clear waters. And free parking if you are a member of the National Trust.

Having read a blog about Kynance cove we decided to visit while holidays get in Falmouth. Parking was £5 for the whole day (free for National Trust members) and well worth it. The car park staff were friendly and helpful. There are toilets at the car park (I didn't use) and also on the beach which were clean. There are... More

The Lizard peninsula is one of our favourite areas in Cornwall. The South West Coastal Footpath connects The Lizard Point (the most southerly point in the UK) with Kynance Cove, a walk of about 2 miles or so. The coastal views are magnificent, as you walk toward Kynance you are looking toward Mounts Bay. There are toilets at The Lizard... More

Strong rip currents in cove - do not swim unless you you want to RIP. Amazing views all around - fantastic walk to the Lizard and the most southerly point in England. More spectacular than Lands End. Do not worry if you see car park full signs - just line up - as one goes out one goes in -... More

Great area coves beaches etc. Parking not expensive, or donation at the Lizard. Seals can be spotted of the Lizard.

Kynance Cove is a world-class beauty vicinity - and an idea beach for swimming and surfing. The twenty minute walk to the beach from the car park is good for various reasons - it is enjoyable but it also deters the couch-potato crowds. Adjacent to the beach is a more than adequate café. I would regard it a a day's... More

Amazing spot...lovely beaches, clear blue water...hard to believe you are in England. Worth the mini hike. Make sure you time it right with the tides so you can walk through to the smaller, quieter beach areas / cave bit.
