We came in September, when it's nice and quiet, and it's a lovely beach, with a cafe, surf school, fairly large sandy beach and good waves for surfing/bodyboarding. There is a carpark, and some free spaces not too far away.

Poldhu to me is a magical place. I have been here on Sunny days, sunsets and the mistiest of days and all have been filled with the most atmospheric place. The waves are always awesome and if you want a place to take young children,...More

This is a lovely beach, limited parking means it doesn'y get ridicously overcrowded but it has something for everyone. A beach cafe, a small stream to dam, sand, surf and lifeguards. What more does it need? Great for adults, great for children on all ages.

We found this beach by accident whilst out for a drive. The scenery was stunning. There is a beach cafe and a surf school on the beach. Parking is pay and display.

This is a stunning cove with a great beach. Spent a couple of days here in July, good facilities and a good beach cafe and shop. Only downside, bit too much seaweed but not enough to spoil the fun. Enjoyed pizza on the terrace on...More
