Small aquarium
Aug. 2021 • Couples
We were in Mevagissey and were not aware of this aquarium, we saw it on our walk around the area. Entrance is free, donations are welcome towards the upkeep of the fish and tanks. Local Cornish fish and lobsters and crabs in the tanks, very interesting we were surprised at how large some of them were.

Lovely Aquarium reflecting the local sea life
Sep. 2021 • Friends
Lovely little aquarium reflecting local sea like. It’s not sealife Florida but it’s a good aquarium depicting the life in the sea close to the harbour from Bass to Turbot and even a trigger fish it’s good to see what’s out there in the bays and harbours. It’s a credit to the town and free entry too (donations welcome). Recommended

Seriously small but free!
Sep. 2021
On the waters edge, this very, very, very small aquarium free, so you may as well pop in, for a few minutes.
Didn't feel that the fish seemed too happy in there, as tanks were tiny, for very large fish.

Lovely little addition to harbour
Aug. 2021 • Family
Free entry for a little look round. Lovely experience to show our six year old what was in the sea and the size of the crabs - unbelievable. Definitely made a donation on the way out so this little extra on the harbour can keep going

Lovely aquarium

Lovely small aquarium, well looked after and in clean well maintained tanks. Great to see local native species highlighted in this way- and free entry! (Donations were gratefully received). A good way to spend 30 mins and learn something too!

Not allowed in without a mask.
Sep. 2021 • Couples
Saw this small free aquarium that asks for small donations which I was going to donate too as I like to support such things however the lady would not allow me in without a mask.
Obviously I understand the reasons however it’s the way I was spoken too, ‘ do you have a mask, you aren’t allowed in without a mask ‘ it is no longer a legal requirement to wear a mask and even if she wished to challenge me she had no idea whether I was exempt or not. The said person sat and told me this whilst sat there with no mask on herself, very contradicting.

Wonderful aquarium visit
Sep. 2021 • Couples
Myself and my partner popped into this wonderful little aquarium whilst visiting the village. We had a really lovely time and the lady who was working there was very friendly and knowledgeable. There is a good video towards the end of the aquarium which is worth the watch and alongside all the tanks are informative a4 posters which tell you all about the creatures in the tanks. I would highly recommend popping in if you are nearby and ITS FREE!

Lovely little aquarium. Free entry
Aug. 2021 • Couples
A lovely little aquarium. We passed by a couple of times before entering as it was very busy with no distancing. We returned later and had it to ourselves. Free admission but donations encouraged. Nice tanks of local sea creatures

Small but worth looking at
Aug. 2021 • Family
Lovely little attraction asking for a donation for entry. Very small but clean and interesting with a great view of inside the tanks, its right beside some very good crabbing spots and in a lovely seaside spot.
