If you must visit my beach leave it clean tidy and loved. No debris bottles or other stuff please. This sanctuary is too valuable to stand abuse.

We stayed at West Pentire and although Crantock beach is superb, Polly Joke was quieter and with out having to cross the Gannel easier to get in the sea, thought there are no lifeguards here. No toilets or café so take a picnic.
