I visited to Newton Lake today and was extremely disappointed to find that the benches have been removed. As a disabled person I relied on the benches to sit and rest and take in the peace and quiet. Unfortunately I will no longer be able...More

Really well kept. Great little play area for little ones. Lake needs a good clean up but I expect that would cost more than anyone can afford. Lovely walks around the park with interesting little sculptures hidden here and there. We went on a pokemon...More

The park has a small children's play area, which is nestled within a lovely sheltered area. There is a nice walk through the park for those who want to take a stroll. The lake could be fabulous if it was cleaned up.

Well maintained park with large (although now in need of a dredge) lake, plenty of grass and benches to park your behind for a spot to eat while surrounded by trees and wildlife. Hundreds of ducks, plenty of paths (including a rather lovely one up...More
