Lovely place. They serve the best cheesy chips I have ever tasted. The fish (fish and chips meal) was good but no better than any other pub fish and chips. The pork belly was spectacular and desserts (brownie and treacle tart) were also a delight!

Nicest Chips we have ever had (cooked at least 3 times we think!) and all of the food tasted fresh and was cooked to perfection. Friendly fast service and really nice atmosphere. Bars and Loos were all very clean
Second visit to this pub. Ordered steak, never inexpensive and not so here but the quality was good as were the accompaniments. Rather dated interior but on a bright sunny evening this did not detract from the overall experience. I would revisit.
