I've been here many times with the dogs. There's a few different routes you can take going up and downhill. There's also a small lake/river with stepping stones. Its beautiful and can see it's been taken care of by the local community.

Walking with my dog.. Up the Hebden Bridge circular route. Very pretty but not as it was before the beast from the east. A large tree came down and broke the stone bridge in two. The council's repair to the bridge do not help. Ugly...More

I'm definitely biased living very close to Jumble Hole clough but it is one of our most frequent dog walking destinations. Miles of decent footpaths around here with the New Delight pub (good opening hours, decent food and simple camp site) only a short walk...More

What a lovely walk! It is a little uneven underfoot in places but if you have proper walking boots on it is no problem. We loved the series of waterfalls and it was so peaceful. The only thing to spoil it for me was the...More

I discovered this when walking from Old Town. I found it lovely after the hot sun and a real pleasure to see no rubbish anywhere.

Jumbles Hole Reservoirs is a beautiful place for a walk with or without your dog. The paths are well made so easy to walk on if you are a bit unsteady, they run alongside the reservoir, which is really quite large. When we were there...More

We did this walk in three hours with our teenage son. It had enough to keep him interested (ruins, water, big rocks!) and wasn't too long (about six miles).

We stayed in the area recently and walked every day. This was the most fascinating and quietest of walks. With the fast flowing stream, steep valley sides, mill ruins and views across to Stoodley Pike I recommend it whole heartedly.
