We went to Hershey Gardens for Mothers' Day followed by lunch at Harvest. The weather wasn't the best, but we still enjoyed the gardens. The new Conservatory doesn't have a lot to offer except for the Butterfly Atrium where dozens of butterflies fly freely among...More

I loved the butterfly atrium. Ray was our volunteer tour guide and he has a background in biology. It is the first tour I ever had that included the science involving the plants, trees and even weeds. It was the best tour I ever had!!

Childrens garden left a little to be desired -- Kiss fountains weren't on despite weather in the mid-70's. Tulip garden was beautiful. many areas for great photo opps.

We got complimentary tickets to this attraction while staying at the Hershey Lodge. Even if we had to pay it would have been well worth the admission. The butterfly room was very enjoyable. I suggest coming as close to opening as possible to be able...More

We went only because we had free tickets from Hershey Lodge, but it was a lovely afternoon. Would be even better in summer when more plants were in bloom. Make sure you check out the butterfly room!

Nice, beautiful place. I'm sure it is even prettier once all the flowers have bloomed. The butterfly garden is different and the kids got a lick out of it.

The year round butterfly house was lovely and very informative. The garden had delightful Spring flowers beginning to bloom. Spring was late in coming to PA this year. The paths around the gardens are a pleasing length not requiring a long hike to see everything.

Its been a a few years since we have been to the Hershey Gardens and stopped into the butterfly exhibit. Although not large, the butterfly house was teaming with butterflies. The trees, plants and artwork were all placed to maximize the view of the butterflies...More

No you can not. These are well maintained gardens so I don't think want to risk killing a plant or grass from dogs.
