This is a museum about Hershey history. Requires a lot of reading and provides pictures and artifacts from the past. When we were there, a special exhibit for grade school kids was available which made the museum experience more enjoyable for the kids. Overall, the museum gives a nice timeline about the evolution of Hershey candy and its subsidiaries. The... More

I didn't know anything about Milton Hershey and was quite impressed with how much of a visionary he was. Lots of interactive exhibits for all ages.

This place is beautiful, educational, inspirational and fun! Be inspired. Learn to even be a better person, focused less on self and more on others by offering the best you have. Do the chocolate tasting. Enjoy free parking behind the museum. Use this as a great learning experience for you and the children in your life.

It was a really cool museum with great history and great exhibits of all of the Hershey legacy. Loved the items that attach the company to the community. Chocolate Lab is a must. Great education as well as the bar you make.

A little boring for the little ones, but great for adults or older children, not 8 and 12 boring for them until we got to the computers at the end where you can post your picture with a caption they loved that. Next was the chocolate taste testing, 6 shots of... More

This is a really well done overview of Milton Hershey's rise from birth poor on a farm to a multi millionaire as well as highlights of the Hershey chocolate empire. Interactive displays, but not too interesting I would guess for young children.

Milton Hershey was a very successful and a person of rare character... not because of his wealth but what he did with it. He built a town for families to thrive. He encouraged education and community values. The story of the building of a empire was very interesting and the story behind it all was inspiring.
