We don’t go as often as we would like, but go as much as we can. We have never been disappointed. From the first interaction with customer service to last hurrah, and everything in between - we just love it here.
I purchased my tickets for tonight's performance of Momma Mia two months ago. When I arrived tonight there were no seats available for my family. Apparently they are doing so well that they are selling more tickets than they have seats for.

That's a good question: What Do You Expect from a Country Playhouse? I know what I expected. Something OK. Titled "Murder for Two," the play/musical seemed inviting enough. Besides, we were guests of dear friends. No complaints! But we have some. First, why couldn't I...More

Gettysburg is a small town and there is no taxi service. You would need to rent a car. But that being said, for a stay of more than a day and wanting to see a few other area places that would be a good choice. Staying in town at a hotel puts you out of walking distance of the VIsitor's Center (and the Cyclorama exhibit) and several really cool wineries (Adams County - country charm & Hauser's -modern feel and magical vistas). Check with hotel concierge about transport avail. as they may have groups/vans going.
