This museum is a little gem. Invariably there are new and interesting exhibits. It's adjacent to county library so alway plenty of parking. Always a pleasure to walk up to the museum with its lovely sculpture garden and interesting architecture.

We visited during an arctic blast to Pennsylvania. It was enlightening to see the many pieces that were collected by the schools and the people of Bucks County.

A really good art/sculpture museum. The Pennsylvania Impressionism selections are unbeatable and the Nakashima Reading Room is UNMISSABLE.

This is a small but excellent collection. It is also well interpreted, so that you really come away with an understanding of regional art movements. The docents are great.

They had a special exhibit of Sotter, an artist I did not know but whom I enjoyed. THey had a strong collection of PA works, especially from Bucks county. It also offers some interesting contemporary pieces in a manageable-sized building

Not a huge museum buff, but this is a quaint little piece of history tucked into Doylestown. Definitely worth an afternoon stroll. Gift shop has a nice variety of appealing items.
