This is really a place to take the children, but I am still young at heart. They offer information about how they started and the adventures of early 20 century dairy and dairy deliveries. Unlimited samples of ice creams and their tea/lemonade/drink combinations. I would take grandchildren here as it is colorful and interesting and about the right size/time.

Went here with my daughter and wife on a Thursday morning. We arrived just in time to do the taste experience. We enjoyed transforming the ice cream into a new flavor. Of course also being able to enjoy eating our personal new ice cream. We then did the free portion of the tour. It was definitely geared towards little kids.... More

This is not a factory tour. It's a gift shop and sales pitch for Turkey Hill. I was there on a weekday in May and the screaming and running children were too much. There are only a few places to sit and I couldn't imagine what it would be like on a busy summer day. Ugh!!! And $9+ for this... More

A great place to bring the kids. Full of hands activities to educate children on the dairy industry and the making of ice cream.

Took the family here after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor. Very interesting to see the history of Turkey Hill. They have free samples of some of their drinks as well as some samples of there more popular flavors. We did the tasting lab which was great. You make your own flavored ice cream and get to eat it also.... More

This was a neat experience for 2 adults. The price isn't bad $10 for the tour which had a lot of information and history. There was at least 15+ interactive and informational areas. You get to learn about tea and ice cream. You get to create your own "ice cream", carton, and commercial. The commercial station was down while we... More

A lot of tiny children running around, I am sure none of them really learned how ice cream is made. Seems like a real tourist trap to me, though an affordable one at that. We stopped on our way home from a road trip and spent about 1.5 hours. That's about all it was worth.
