With a tradition dating back to 1982 and an annual production of over 30,000 cases of wine, Chaddsford Winery is among the oldest, largest, and most acclaimed wineries in Pennsylvania. Located in the beautiful Brandywine Valley, our goal is simple: craft approachable, food-friendly wines for every palate.

Wine Tastings are offered seven days a week, and reservations are not required! However, groups of over 10 should call the winery to make sure we can accommodate your visit. Complimentary tours are offered at 2pm and 4pm on most Saturdays and Sundays. Be sure to check out our Events Calendar to see what fun, wine-centric event is happening this weekend!

This winery was awesome! Plus it was 60 degrees the other day in February which helped with the whole experience. We had a wine tasting voucher through Groupon for four which included a few white, red, and sweet wines. We ended up leaving with four bottles so that should say something about the wine. There was live entertainment which was... More

While spending a couple of days at a local B&B to celebrate Valentines Day we made a last minute decision to try the wine and chocolate tasting event. I would have rated our experience as only average but our interaction with Chad brought it to very good. Chad shared his knowledge about the wines and his passion for his work.... More

We stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon, so the winery was pretty empty. The guy that did our tasting was so much fun. He was very informative and good-humored. We all talked and laughed so much! The wine was very good and the prices are much better than so many of the Virginia wineries that I have been to. I... More

Ben of Chaddsford Winery was our tour guide. What a great experience!! He not only showed us each part of the winemaking process, he was upbeat and extremely knowledgeable as he answered questions and gave the best and most practical wine tasting tips we have ever heard. Following the tour, we stayed and did the Reserve and the Traditional wine... More

Everything from the moment you walk onto the property was great! The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff was so friendly. A group of about 10 of us went for the last weekend of the Food Truck Festival and it was a good time had by all! Live music outside was great! The tasting room was packed but the staff... More

Went to the food truck event at 4:00. Most trucks out of their main food. Went to get a beer when we first got their. Line was long and when we finally went inside there was one tender and the tap was all foam. Very disappointing!!!!! We are going to try tomorrow, earlier, to see if any better.

This Winery is awesome! The wine tasting and tour is good but what makes this place wonderful is the outdoor seating and atmosphere. Our group goes every chance we get. We purchase bottles, drink, chat, and enjoy!
