Take old hwy 30 out of Troutdale instead f the faster I 84, you'll be glad you did. Tree, lvely homes, rivers, creeks, panoramic vistas, oh and more waterfallthat you can shake a stick at. Eat lunch at Multnomah Falls Inn. The brunch in the summer is fabulous.

A beautiful view of the Columbia River! Make sure you take a jacket as it can be VERY windy at times. Defiantly worth the drive!

Lovely visit today, hardly any wind. Be sure not to miss the interesting museum on the 1st level and then the balcony on the 3rd level. Talk to the volunteers - they are a great resource for history!

Drove the highway to multnomah falls. Highway starts at troutdale to numerous falls. Beautiful winding highway. Stop at vista house for amazing views and see the visitors center then progress to all the falls ending at multnomah falls.

Great to take a drive in the springtime. Lots of beautiful waterfalls and hikes. If your take I84 stop and visit the Bonneville dam and fish hatchery. Nice sturgeon viewing in the ponds.

It's everything you read about and more. You can't come to Oregon and not take this drive. Be sure to stop at all of the falls along the way and then head into Troutdale and have lunch at Tad's Chicken and Dumplings.

We saw Herman the sturgeon. He IS big. Then we came back on Highway 30 to see Horsetail Falls and Multnomah Falls. It... More
