Nice little tasting room to sample & purchase all types of cheeses that they make on site from their own dairy cows. Loved the pepper havarti! I would recommend a visit when driving through Oregon wine country!

We really enjoyed this off the beaten path stop about an hour outside of Portland. I think we tasted about 15 cheeses. So many flavors of havarti, cheddar, Gouda, asiago, fontina and jack cheeses that we left quite full. Excellent place to visit!

I didn’t see any with caraway seeds. The flavors I remember were dill, jalapeño, garlic, black pepper and some brie when I was there.

I have no idea. It is a small operation, but the young man who helped us had relocated from So California fairly recently. Best to call and ask.
