The staff were so incredibly rude and did next to nothing when the tickets we bought for the event we attended were supposed to be accessible and weren't. My 76 year old grandmother has a walker and can't do stairs and they said the ACTUAL accessible seats were only for wheelchairs. Our options were either to get her to her incredibly uncomfortable seat and pray she didn't fall or to go clear to the other side of the building for worse seats with no discount. After the show, we waited for my mom to come back from the merchandise counter and six of their staff surrounded my grandma and I saying we can't wait where we're at. They stared at me while I called my mom frantic to figure out where she was as I felt completely ganged up on and like me and my handicapped grandmother were gonna cause some sort of problem. Way to discriminate and give the worst customer service I've ever received at a large event, Moda center. You don't even deserve the one star you got from me.

Last weekend was my 54th live Doobie Brother concert for me. It was extra special with a 'Sound Check' VIP pass and a front-row seat. The music was terrific and the band always delivers great rock n' roll. Having Michael join the reunion made the set special as we just lost founder Little John Hartman, it is an emotional time for the band and fans. On the other hand, the Moda Center security staff SUCK. They were in my face 6 times and I wasn't doing anything wrong. They kept demanding to see my ticket, every time. During the concert, they were rude and abrupt. Love the Doobie Brothers, stay away from Moda Center!

Visiting the Moda Center from a state that serves multiple pro teams, this was a different experience. The arena definitely feels older, but it’s interesting to have it dedicated purely to one pro team. The seats, the decor, the concourse is all Trail Blazers colors and theme. At my home arena in Denver, the arena is an even mix of basketball and hockey so you never have one pure theme. It was kinda nice!

The arena itself was okay. I wish the upper level had more food and merch options, but it was okay. It’s easy to maneuver around.
All I really have to say is I’m glad we took an Uber and didn’t drive the rental car. There is parking, but it’s all ticketed and there isn’t that much garage space. People were selling parking in the area for like $60. It’s better to Uber and just find a local business to Uber back from. Our driver even told us that was best because it’s hard to pick up at the arena itself.

Moda Center is located in Downtown Portland Oregon. This is a great venue to see a concert. I saw the Carrie Underwood Denim and Rhinestones tour, it was amazing. I remember watching her on America Idol and thought she had a great voice, but love her voice is remarkable. Jimmie Allen open for her, and her was very good. This was a great concert.

What a cluster F**K! Traffic, people everywhere, ARG! Awful!!
Lines Lines Lines. A Portland thing ( not a good thing ) Took almost an hour to get a few blocks and parked.
More than half of the concessions were closed ( making matters worse ) Could be a great venue - will try one more time for the Justin Timberlake concert ( floor seats ) in NOV

I have been here a lot of times. A couple of times for concerts but at least a dozen times for blazer games.

It is easy to get to via the max train or by car as it is right off I-5 and there is plenty of parking ($10-$30).

I just wish the prices for food/drink were not so high inside. A beer is $9.75, popcorn is $10 and lemonade cost $6. For our family of 4 we spent nearly $200 with the tickets and concessions.

A parenting tip, feed your kids before you go to save money! :)

I dipped into to the Moda Center to watch my hometown Magic beat this sorry Trailblazer team. The arena is clearly an older building that they've slapped some modern features on to try and make it look good. The concourses are super narrow, which is perhaps the biggest annoyance of the experience. The arena also has some ancient scoreboards and video screens. It looks like they were built in the 1980s and they just never wanted to pay for an update. I will say that the vendors look good here, but I had already eaten prior to the game. That appears to be the best part of the experience. This is an arena you are pretty safe buying a cheap ticket and slipping down. I had one up in the upper deck and found my way to lower bowl midcourt about 15 rows up - even on opening night. The parking situation seems pretty poor so I took the light rail down. The light rail doesn't seem to be competent and had massive delays when the game was over. My suggestion would be parking at the Gateway transit center. That way you have three rail lines going back and you improve your chances of getting a timely ride. Pretty bad NBA arena overall.

Attended the Michael Buble` concert in April. Nice sized arena with comfortable seating, but awful sound system. The orchestra and artist's music echoed within the structure. Sound quality was poor. Amplification made it worse. When will artists learn that louder is not better? Michael did a wonderful show that was first rate, but the Moda Center did not do it justice.

I have been to the Moda Center twice now, both times for music concerts so I don't know how sporting events are here. The acoustic quality for music is somewhat disappointing and the vendors are too overpriced. $5 for a bottle of water. $11 for a basic beer. This does not make for a good experience when I just spent $35 on a band t-shirt. The building is beautiful. The staff is helpful at assisting you with finding your seats. The outside parking situation and traffic afterwards was a complete mess. I called an uber and it took forever for him to find me. But, I'm glad I went and was a part of the musical shows.

We flew up to Portland specifically for a Blazers game, so we had high hopes for the arena and the team. I'd actually purchased advance tickets for the November 20, 2021 Blazers vs. 76ers game, but we tacked on last minute tickets to also attend the November 17, 2021 Blazers vs. Bulls game the night we arrived in Portland (this despite the fact we'd just watched my Warriors beat up on the Bulls in San Francisco the weekend before.)

It was super easy to get to the arena from our hotel; we took advantage of the light rail both times. I will say that we'd originally planned to walk the ~1.5 miles to and from, but after seeing the neighborhoods we passed through to get to Moda, I'm glad the rail was an option.

We arrived at doors open for both games to give ourselves a chance to explore the arena, get some food, view shootaround and generally get settled in before tip-off.

For the last-minute game, we were up in top section, 300's, mid-court. We were on the rail in the first row, seats 1 and 2. Though we were higher up, the seats were surprisingly good. I actually felt closer to the action up there than I did at the Chase Center game.

On our first visit, we were still full from a large lunch, so we made do with snacks: nachos and a bag of popcorn to share, as well as a coupla beers to quench our thirst. The staff at the stand we stopped at were friendly and fun, and we were able to joke with them, as one of their team was sporting a Bulls hat. (Nachos were okay, popcorn was salty and crunchy and altogether delightful.)

On our second visit, we were a few rows up from the floor, close to the Blazers bench. We had some great views of shoot around and were able to hear the players before and during the game (one really great memory is hearing RoCo yelling, "I got ball, I got ball!" as he back-pedaled from the net down the court).

On this visit we did a tour of the lower levels and ended up buying food from their Hawaiian stand and a couple beers from their local breweries stand across the way. (Hawaiian food was okay, staff was befuddled by the menu, which was incredibly annoying. Beer was also decent, just kind of surprised by the lack of Portland-specific breweries available that night.)

There were some fun fan interactive setups on the upper levels, which we stopped to be fans and interact with. The shop was kind of small and ended up being very crowded after the game, but we somehow still found things to buy and ended up being some of the last customers to check out both times.
