Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We live an hour and a half away down south in the Willamette Valley. We come up to the Moda for sporting events (Go Blazers!) and concerts. This summer we enjoyed seeing James Taylor, The Eagles, and took our daughter to Katy Perry.
There are plenty of parking lots and locations around the Moda to park in. We choose not to park in the closest lot, but rather the two smaller lots across the street. If you leave your concert during a closing curtain call, you can get out of the lot and quickly onto the I-5 entrance so easily. You can beat much of the concert traffic out.
Inside the Moda, there are many food vendor/drink locations to choose from. There are also many restroom locations between seating entrances.
One thing Moda got right, was at the Katy Perry concert. Considering the percentage of female audience members attending that evening, on the main level: all bathrooms except ONE were designated female! Smart thinking and great foresight for this particular venue!
Each of these concerts, and many others we have attended over the years have great sound and the seats all have good views. (Though we choose not to sit on the main floor and stand the whole night.)

We went to Veteran's Memorial Colesium. They charged 6.50 for a bottle of water and said they do NOT offer a military discount for active duty members. At VETERAN'S Memorial Colesium. Did I mention it was November 11th? Also known as Veteran's Day? They don't care who you are or if you've served your country. "Thank you for your service, now pay me." We'll never go back again.

It had been over 16 yrs. since we had attended a concert in the Rose Quarter and I was really impressed with the quality of everything. We paid for parking on their website and it was $15 but we are coming from over 2 hrs. away and didn't want to worry about parking. Soon as we got near the entrance they had many parking attendants out in the entrance opening. We found a spot and went into the elevator to the floor on our ticket and it was very nice, they weren't opening the doors yet but had a nice waiting area. As we walked in the carpets were really nice and the lighting was low with bars along the way, very plushy. We found our seats and were happy with them, they even had free binoculars attached to some, plenty of room, although next time I want to be on the floor dancing to Lady Gaga! I can't wait to attend another concert here.

Basketball is the biggest game in town and this arena is of course the only place to watch as it is..The outline of the arena is not a fan friendly for basketball games if you are hoping to get close to your favorite player(s)...Sometimes you fell and wondering that you are not a part of the game if you are up in the farthest seat of the 300 level...Unlike the Memorial Coliseum next door where we used to watch the Blazer game, the level of noise is not that convincing without the help of the sound system...I rather be watching games in my own family room's big hdtv screen than in this arena sitting in the highest level at the end of each court...

Just Ubered to a concert this weekend to go solo, and what’s fantastic about this place is before long you’ll run into friends! Each time I go I find better and better food vendors... and there are also the “regular” stadium eats too.

We got court side tickets to a Blazers game last November and had a great time. The stadium was well run with security helping with the huge crowds. All staff were friendly and having fun with the customers.

Went to the "Bite of Oregon" here. While it sounded great, most of the food was from food trucks and the "Oregon Craft Beers" included Coors Light---REALLY??? No real craft beers. Big disappointment.

Went to a Women of Faith Conference and it was so bomb. there were so many women of God that told their stories and you could feel the anointing there is was an awesome experience. Also saw my Portland Trailblazers play against the Houston it was a very good game enjoyed it very much. got to sit courtside and you could all but feel the heat and sweat from the players that's how close you can get.
