Stroll the concrete path to the confluence point of the Columbia and Willamette rivers. Stay out of the water, as the current's are vicious. Bring a light lunch and watch huge cargo ships come into Portland and Vancouver from the ocean. There's even a beach,...More

Not crowded at all. Lots of paved and unpaved walking areas. Open grassy areas and nice viewpoints of the rivers. Sandy areas were also clean. A nice park that I would recommend anyone visit.

We love Kelley Point Park! We walk with the dog there. There are a lot of places to walk, see the two rivers (the Willamette and the Columbia come together on the point), throw the ball for the dog, and see the big cargo ships!...More

We were one stop away from the airport just looking for a good view, unfortunately everything was super muddy so we turned right around, did get to see north Portland though!

When we visited Portland this summer, we came upon this park by accident. There is a great beach as well as amble parking and bathrooms. It's really a beautiful spot.

Kind of a funny little park. We were lost in the bushes trying to get there from the parking lot. Was beautiful when we made it.

Outside of summer holidays this is a bit off the beaten path. Great access to the Columbia River. Good place to walk or sit and watch the world go by. Don't be fooled by the drive to get their past the industrial buildings it's worth...More

It is a little private; not terribly public. That is what I really liked about it. There isn't anything I don't like about it.
