Get a good look at Portland from up here. Visualize the Multnomah Indian tribe in their summer camp on this piece of real estate.

Park overlooking Portland area and surrounding mountains at the top of Council Crest. Site of an early amusement park with a trolley up the hill to the top. Great for relaxing, picnicing, viewing and jogging trails.
