We wandered around here first thing on a Saturday morning and we enjoyed browsing the different booths while sipping our coffee. The waterfront area is quite pretty as well. Some great artists at the market. Probably not worth doing if you aren't interested in the...More

Spent some time here on a Sunday afternoon. Yes, it's open on Sunday too. Lots of booths for crafts, etc. A nice variety. You'll need 1-2 hours. Several street performers were also in the area and there is plenty of people watching to do. Some...More

We were in town for a wedding and decided to go for a stroll before the festivities got started and saw people walking to the market. There were delicious food samples, hand made goods, arts and crafts, and even a little bit of entertainment. Everyone...More

The Saturday Market is a MUST if you are visiting Portland. Start with brunch at "Mothers" and then stroll past the river to the Market. Pick up a hand knitted beanie and some folksy earrings or one of a kind artwork.

I’ve only been to this market twice, but I’m blown away by the variety and originality each time. Even when I try not to buy, I find something lovely I have to have. It is sometimes breezy and wet there at the market, but everyone...More

This is a craft market. There are several potters, crafters, and photographers selling their wares and eager to talk about their craft and more. I bought a "seconds" mug that has Mt. Hood on it. The glazing is smudged, so he called it "Mt. Hood...More

We stopped at the Portland Market and really enjoyed all the crafts that are made in Oregon! There was jewelry, food items, crafty decorations, plants, hand sewn items and more. It was worth a stop.
