Beautiful campground.

Frequent visitors. Beautiful area between Newport and Depoe Bay. Never enough time to explore all there is!

This was our family member time to rejoice in GOD. We had our mother's celebration of Life on the beach. Beautiful Clean. Great staff.

This is supposed to be a great place for agate hunting. I don't know much about agates, but there were tons of interesting rocks here and lots of razor clam shells, and of course, beautiful views. There is also a park, and a camping area.

We can see why this State Park and Campground consistently receives outstanding reviews. Situated in small valley leading inland from beachfront. Evergreen trees keep sites shady. Multiple options include RV, Yurts, and tent camping. Quick access to Newport OR if needed for shopping, sightseeing. Typically full so one needs to reserve early. Highly recommended.

A great place to stay and a very nice beach to walk. The weather can be rough so make sure to track the tides. It is a very nice area and the beach is interesting and easily walkable.

The feel of this campground is like you are in the mountains with all the beautiful trees and vegetation but then a short walk under the freeway and you are at the ocean. A truly great experience. Some of the camp spots are a bit close together but the campground itself was very quiet and peaceful. The employees were friendly... More

This park has relatively easy access to the ocean beach (in comparison to other state parks) , even if it can be a bit of a walk through the long narrow campground to get there. The bonus from a beach walk here, is that you can make Mo's restaurant a destination if you don't object to a strenous stair climb... More

Being our first time to Oregon we didn't allow enough time to see everything and our visit here was too short. Site H07 was a 60 foot pull thru right across from hot showers and restrooms. Our night was very quiet and weather great. If you can, try to allow at least 2 nights so you can drive around and... More

This was a highlight of our Oregon coast trip. I loved to walk the sandy beach, and hubby was in 7th heaven looking for fossils. It was a nice beach, quiet, no rowdy parties going on..... good parking, and a place to wash our feet. It's not really a swimmer's beach, but those who enjoy doing a little wading and... More

We had so much fun playing in the waves and the beach was quite nice. The view was just gorgeous. The campground was clean and well organized. I wish we could have stayed longer. Probably the best shower I've ever had while camping which was also a fantastic bonus.
