This is a great attraction, part museum and part rock shop. Their displays are very interesting and all of their inventory is well curated. I took my grandchildren on a weekend visit and they were fascinated the entire time. SO much to look at and so much to consider buying - realistically for any budget.…

Take your little rockhounds to Prehistoric! From the animatronic T-Rex to the large selection of polished rocks and shells, this place is fun for all ages. Part store, part museum, there's something for everyone. Don't pass this one by when you visit Lincoln City!

Very fun stop! It has a lot of cool things to look at and touch and it has things to sell and it has things NOT to touch. It is a tiny museum on the main drag in town and well worth the parking and stopping.

We enjoyed looking at the skeletons and the various rocks & stones. Learned a few new things. Found a special stone to start our grandson's collection.
