I would've given 5 stars except for the rude man that checked us in and the rude shuttle driver on the 1st night we were here! I often wonder why on earth would those kind of rude people choose to work with the public for a career? I suppose they must like being cranky in some sadistic sorta way? Anyways the cleaning staff was amazing and helpful at the hotel and at the casino! And even tho food wasn't any good for the open face turkey sandwich for Thanksgiving the new girl that helped us was amazing I cannot remember her name but she was working on turkey day at 8pm behind the cash register! And she was new to her job because when I presented a coupon she needed to get help from her boss Anyways thanks lady you were super kind and helpful!! And last but not least I really will not understand the system for late check in to the hotel as I spoke with the staff 5 times before arrival and then upon arrival the man raised his voice towards me and insisted that I refused to give the woman who called me from the hotel my credit card information and thats simply untrue and he proceeded to scold me about checking in late Even tho the 5 times I had contact with the casino hotel staff they said I was fine to pay cash and check into my reserved room late! I will hesitate to come back because of that rude man that clearly isn't interested in customer service he's only interested in being right as if it mattered! It did not! Lots of variety in the slots, tables were not open. They do not have barricades to protect visitors from sitting next to each other at machines, and many visitors were not practicing social distancing. I don't think they are allowing smoking in the casino right now and that's okay with me. All of us went through the temp scanner, and there were masks available for those without.…

We got there at sundown, it was great to look at and see the sun dip into the ocean. the meal was really good. adn it was not really that expensive considering the time frame we were there.

Spent a few days here to celebrate a birthday. Had a nice time playing at the casino. Won enough to play awhile.
