This is a lovely trail that winds through the forest for about 1/2 mile and ends up at a beautiful, walkable beach. Hobbits would love it!

This is a nice 1/2 mile hike to the beach. The parking lot is across the street from the trail head and is near Mile Marker 177 on Hwy 101. The beach is beautiful and the stroll along the beach was worth the hike down/up....More

A scenic, non-strenuous half hour hike that leads to the beautiful beach below. Parking is very limited so arrive early.

We loved this trail. Great for the kids as it's short with a payoff at the end- Hobbit cave, a waterfall, pretty beach.

What a cute hike! Totally enjoyed it, although I saw no hobbits. Coming from the south, look for a parking spot on the right before marker 177. Then you will have to cross the street to hike it. Doesn't take too long before you reach...More
