Rained like crazy but the best place to see a track meet in America. Knowledgeable and supportive fans. Hope they don't ruin the feel when they renovate/rebuild it.

Hayward Field has such history. It oozes excellence. When it is full and the crowd roars there is no place like it.

Very excited to watch the transition to the new stadium this year! Track City is getting a new stadium which should make track events even more fun to watch! Go Ducks!

We have watched this event for decades on television, but there is nothing like being there in person! Awesome experience!

This event was excellent and the Hayward field team were fantastic keeping everything to schedule. All the concessions were very courteous and friendly. I will definitely see this again if returning the Hayward

Seriously - Eugenians love to save their old junk. This stadium needs updating and the new plan (which some Eugene people are opposed to) is very much needed.

Having watched many events on television over the years from Hayward Field, it was nice to finally experience it in person. Unfortunately, it will all be torn down soon to make way for a new futuristic venue to be ready for the World Championships in...More

I’ve been to Hayward field many times over the years for NCAA championships, Olympic trials and now to run on it at the end of the Eugene Marathon. Every time I’m alway in awe of it’s history and tradition. Anyone can run a lap on...More

There's a reason this site is chosen over and over for our summer Olympic Trials competition - everything is run like clockwork, athletes are treated like people and the audience is knowledgeable. This creates the stage for great performances year after year. Experience an event...More

Last time I checked, it's open for anyone to run around as long as there's no official school event, class, or some bigger happening going on. I used to run around on it all the time.

Don't plan on bringing anything into the venue. They want you to purchase "extras" from them, i.e. food/beverages. Best to leave the extras in your vehicle or at home, so you don't have to take them back if refused entry.
