My friend and I (who both live fairly stressful lives) decided to celebrate her birthday by taking a much needed get-away. Another friend had recommended Breitenbush so we thought we'd give it a try and I am so very glad we did. It offered such a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The cabins were sweet and simple and I slept surprisingly... More

Rustic cabins with geothermal heating, fabulous vegetarian food, and the amazing, clothing-optional hotsprings, all in a gorgeous Cascades Mountains setting, with optional massages, other types of body work, and an active program of activities available. What's not to like? If you want luxe, go elsewhere. If families with kids get on your nerves, book carefully. And yes, it's a work... More

Not sure if the place is nice or not but their method of booking is a joke. Went to their site and it shows availability open for 4 on the date I was considering. The only way to book is by phone. You get a voice mail that asks you to leave your date and info and the message says... More

I have been to Breitenbush several times over the past 20 years. The changes they make as a community are always well-considered and in keeping with the caretaking of the land and the springs. For newbies, I recommend getting a cabin with a toilet, just to gauge your tolerance for the rustic cabins. Also, bring Via or another instant coffee... More

I absolutely love this place. It is so relaxing and peaceful. Beautiful grounds to explore, nice soaking pools, Steam room to wash away my stress. The food is organic and mostly grown in their garden on site. Best place to unwind and center yourself.

My partner and I love this place. It's settled within majestic trees. Perfect hiking trails. Amazing organic vegetarian meals with optional gluten or dairy free. The soaking tubs are perfect. Love the sauna. Try a massage. They are the best you can get.

This is a lovely resort with access to natural hot springs pools, steam sauna and tranquil walks in the middle of Oregon Cascade Mountains. My wife and I have recently spent one day here and we are already thinking to come back soon. To access the hot springs you need to call in advance and make arrangements. Think about eating... More

A day pass for $16 each, you actually get to choose between a sliding scale of $16-$32, (staff suggested the lowest rate for our first time) - unwinding in a nature setting-priceless! The grounds are clean and beautiful, people seems to enter through a happy portal upon entering, everyone seemed so friendly, relaxed and calm it's contagious. You are given... More

They had three pools to choose from according to heat and a sauna. And 4 other smaller pools according to heat. The lodge was warm nice and dry! Rainy march in Oregon not best to go but you're getting wet anyway, right?!!!
