Great place to learn about whales, especially if you are traveling with kids! They have lots of "learning" opportunities. This is part of Oregon State Parks so the staff knows their stuff. This is not a commercial tourist trap. I was very impressed.

I was really impressed with the volunteers here- they patiently answered everyone’s questions. Also, it’s free. The building is full of information about whales. If you are lucky you’ll see a whale spout or tail. There are also boat tours. Well worth a stop.
