While it is a one way road from the bridge, there is a large bicycle lane on the road and thus you can take a nice walk along the ocean.

This is a beautiful secluded drive in the cliffs above the beach. Well worth the side trip. The road leads to devils punch bowl. Go at high tide.

I live in Depoe Bay and drive this Short loop often--I think it is Nature at its best. Outstanding views, Very peaceful! A must on the coast!

Excellent ranger advice on whale watching at Cape Foulweather. Highly pleasurable places to pull off and watch the sea, the beaches, the birds, seals, and often whales this time of year.

We took the loop to the Devil's Punchbowl. It was a very pretty drive, well worth the side trip. Just an FYI, a good part of the drive is one way only.

This is a great drive along the coast. Fortunately, the timing was perfect for Whale viewing!! Plenty of places to park with ability to walk near the cliffs. This would be a great place for a picnic! Bring you binoculars for Whale viewing!
