My husband and I had been on this adventure before and saw lots of whales. We decided the kids should experience the fun this time. Wouldn't you know...no whales. That's just the way it goes. The kids still enjoyed the ride, and I must say I have never seen so many sea lions rafting or flipping and playing. Our skipper... More

I booked all three trips for one day and came away with some amazing pictures of gray whales and sea lions. Captain Gary was very knowledgeable. As an avid whale watcher, I much prefer the Zodiacs over the usual boats because you're closer to the water. I plan at least a couple of more trips this coming summer.

My husband and I booked an hour and a half whale watching excursion with Captain Gary. It was a 6 man Zodiak boat. We loved our experience. Gary was a great skipper and we saw many whales. It was one of the most thrilling experiences of my life. We will book again with Gary when we come to the coast... More

I must admit I was a little apprehensive boarding the Zodiak craft for the 90 minute tour. However, there was way less motion and rolling than on larger boats I have experienced. We immediately saw Gray Whales almost right out of the channel. Our guide Gary was very personable, and knowledgeable about the area, Whales and sea life in general.... More

This smaller Zodiac ride was definitely an initimate way to experience the the bay, since you are right on the water & feel all the swells. Skipper Gary putted the craft out past the buoy and found a young whale he was familiar with almost right away, breaching & putting on quite a show. Later we observed a pair of... More

We did the 90 min tour. Saw the same whale several times but no others. Had a very nice guide. Would do it again!

We had a good time with Captain Larry. The whales were being a little elusive, but we did find them. The pelican provided the comic relief. Check the information for migration times and weather conditions. It is worth the trip.

Fun! Head out into the Pacific on a Zodiac boat with your pilot Gary in hopes of seeing whales. We happened to hit the ocean on a day when it felt like being on a lake and saw a whale. What a great way to spend 90 minutes while on the Oregon coast in Depoe Bay. Check out Whale's Tail... More

Gary our captain was awesome! Friendly &knowledgeable and we saw a breaching baby and a few swimming adult whales - it was a rough windy and foggy day but he kept us safe and my 8yro son was amazed! Great tour and great people to deal with !
