My husband and I took our nephews on a 5 hour charter (the Kimberly Ann) for crabbing and bottom fishing Memorial Day weekend. The entire experience could not have been better. Our Captain, Richard, was funny, kind, and helpful. We lucked out with perfect weather...More

Our 2 adult daughters did the short whale watching trip and enjoyed it even though rain started near the end of the trip. Dress appropriately and you should have no problems. Comments about the stairs - It's a long way

We had a great time on this two hour cruise searching for California Gray Whales. Our clever Captain and first mate found several and they were expert at trolling along to keep pace and also not to disturb the whales. Dress in layers, long pants,...More

The captain was friendly and knowledgeable. We saw quite a few different whales and it only cost us $20 per person for an hour. I get sea sick so it was a great experience, even with it so windy. I'll definitely be going there again.

Thank you for the question. At this time Fish and Wildlife has not given dates for this fishery. In previous years this has been quite slow and possible may not have a season then. The best fishing may be Rock fishing... More
