We loved the higher, smaller falls much more than the lower ones, at the parking lot. Great walk too!

You can get a view of the lower falls without much of a hike. The parking can get busy there. We passed the main parking as it was full. We went pass the bridge and parked on the side of the road. Then we hiked...More

Latourell has two falls - the upper and lower. The Lower Falls are easily accessed via a short (about 5 minute, if that) trail uphill from the small parking lot. From the viewpoint you get a perfect view of a tall cascading waterfall in all...More

Nice walk to waterfalls. 1 mike in and 1 mike out seems about right. Extreme changes in terrain and elevation.

We had lunch at the trail head picnic tables. The loop gained a fair amount of elevation and I would consider it a moderate hike. The scenery is gorgeous. Well worth the effort.

You literally walk across the street & down a short path to view Latourell so it's definitely worth a stop if you're in the area!

We ended up here since the Multnomah falls is closed, beautiful waterfall with lots of personality and power, the basaltic stones reminded me of a similar one in Iceland.
