Nice walk, Oregon Coast is best reflected here at this location. No Sea lions but that is okay, so where are the surfers?

I've lived in the Pacific North West for six years now and aside from Tofino, this is one of the most beautiful settings I've seen. The drive into Ecola State Park is short, but serene. You feel like you're in a movie, driving through an old growth forest, with these trees covered in moss. You pay your $5 entry and... More

The drive to Ecola State Park is a paved but very narrow, winding road, through exotic ancient forest. Take your time, along the curves enjoying the forest as you go! I'm from British Columbia...and this forest rivals any of the gorgeous ones we have in BC. Entering the Park you will have to pay a fee to park. To the... More

Bring a Camera - Jaw Dropping Beauty. If the weather is nice, come early otherwise prepare to wait in a very long car line to get in. They only have so many spaces. Some view points are closed due to erosion, but still worth the effort..

We just drove in to check out Indian beach, it was well paved road but narrow, people drive pretty fast on the road. There are few hiking routes that we will try to check out next time when we actually prepared for a hike. Worth for a drive out to check and spend time there

You will want to stay all day! Best views of the entire coast and of the Tillamook Lighthouse. Hiking is muddy and can be treacherous down to the beaches, but so worth it!

Great views of Cannon Beach and the Haystack rocks and north! Can walk and picnic. Be aware of weather - may need layers.

The views were stunning. The Oregon coast is so different from the FL coast. There was some hiking trails and we enjoyed a hike with our dog. Saw a few birds. Be careful due to rain the trails can be very slippery.
