Beautiful beach, can go during low tide and explore some caves and walk around the point. Perfect spot to spend the afternoon!!

At low tide this is a wonderful place to play with the kids and explore tide pools and build sand castles. The nearby stream and waterfall are wonderful playgrounds for the kids and adults too!

I'm a local and bring all my guests here. If you can get here in the morning during low tide, you might even have the beach to yourself and walk around the rocks and check out the tide pools. This area almost looks Disney-fake its...More

Hug point was a neat beautiful spot with a lot to see. A lot of people so if you are wanting photos with no one in them I'd suggest going early.

There is a paved walk way down, but at the end there is about 3 wood steps the last one is a little high, it then goes on to rocks, then to the beach. So it depends on what kind of limit you have. If you look at the... More

I'm not sure the official answer but we did see some people that started a fire inside one of the caves.
