Mt. Bachelor is not just for winter sports anymore. Awesome mountain biking on the slopes with a ride to the top via chairlift. Panoramic views at the top plus a good restaurant makes it a great day outing for just the chairlift experience alone. Always...More

We wanted to see Mt. Bachelor while we were in Bend. We didn't realize this was the last day of skiing. The lines were incredibly long so we sat back to watch the crowd. So many people were dressed in crazy outfits. We laughed out...More

Best winter in years. Never a line if you know how to work the mountain. Horrible food. They treat the awesome lifties terrible. They took away great affordable options for kids and elders. Great sports shop. Great ski patrol and Labrador avalanche dog team. Super...More

My husband and I did not stop to do any boarding or anything but we did stop by to check out the visitor center. The store/ticket part was nice and friendly knowledgeable staff. Everyone seemed to be having lots of fun.

Hi! I am a newbie to Nordic and am thinking about trying Mt. Bachelor while my husband skies. Are beginner trails enough to keep a beginner happy for a day or two? Are there long, flat areas? Thanks!

Heading to Bachelor with a family of 5 next week. Does the mountain offer tours or have an ambassador program. Would love to ski half a day with someone who knows the mountain so we could gain some insider knowledge.

Yes, Mt Bachelor does do tours of the mountain for skiers/snowboarders. You can sign up for an orientation tour from the concierge desk on the second floor of the West Village Lodge.
