Beautiful place, great beach to walk on, has a camp ground, fishing and paths to walk on. I would recommend this to anyone. I have never stayed at the campground, but friends have and they love it. Also has yurts to rent

This historic lighthouse just across the river from the town of Bandon is well worth the visit, especially if you're there when it's open for the public to see inside. After being painted black and white for decades, it was decided several years ago to...More

Nice place to visit once and read the reader boards, but not a place I'd think of going more than once. It is free and if one is so interested they have a guest book where one can sign in and your state/country of residence...More

I stopped by the lighthouse as part of my tour of Oregon lighthouses while driving south. Winter day so lighthouse was closed for the season, but it was still a great place for a few photos and short walk.

Just a short drive off the road, two miles north of Bandon, one meanders out to the end to find the lighthouse, which was closed by the time we got there (open 11-5 from mid-May through September). The lighthouse is not as well kept as...More

This is one of those places where you can go for a short stroll and take in the breathtaking beauty of the Coquille Lighthouse. When the seas are high you will get a feeling of being on the High seas. Feel the sea breeze fill...More

Walked here as the sun was rising and the lighthouse and beach were misty and beautiful. Have a walk down the jetty and look back on the town to the south and the beach to the north. Early morning was mystical.

Open for the public to go inside. The staircase up to the top is unsafe for visitors. No going up the stairs. It was disappointing, but the Lighthouse is still cool. The hosts were very informative about the LIghthouse’s history. A little gift shop is...More

There is parkimg nearby and a paved walkway right up to the lighthouse. There shouldn't be any problems getting there with a walker.
