The Myriad Botanical Gardens is one of Oklahoma City’s most beloved public spaces, offering its visitors a 15 acre natural escape in the very heart of the metro known as downtown Oklahoma City.

A children’s garden, an off-leash dog park, the Park House restaurant, “splash fountains,” as well as paths for walking and jogging provide guests young and old with a place in which to find solitude with nature or seek community and the company of others. The Myriad Gardens provides an elegant backdrop for events both large and small, ranging from concerts at the Bandshell to intimate weddings in the Crystal Bridge Conservatory.

Additionally, the Myriad Gardens offers a variety of horticultural education programs for adults and children. Classes range from story reading, making chocolate, wreath-making workshops to the annual Oklahoma Gardening School and more.

Thanks to a multi-million dollar renovation partially funded by the city, as well as a general revitalized interest in a vibrant downtown, the Gardens quickly is becoming an integral symbol of the new Oklahoma City and those who call it home.

These gardens are beautiful, but it' not just about the plant life. There are beautiful water features and sculptures. There is no cost to visit the gardens, but there is a charge to enter the Crystal Bridge Conservatory. Having never been to Oklahoma City, we paid up, and we're glad we did. Still, it's not necessary to do so to find... More

Myriad Botanical Gardens is a delightful place to wander and relax. Its walking paths offer visitors a wide variety of plant species, pond and waterfalls. A children's play area, dog park, restaurant and event venue are on site as well. As many happy couples have discovered, it provides a gorgeous backdrops for pictures of that special day!

Spent a beautiful Sunday afternoon here. Although the crystal bridge (green house) is a little hot, it's worth it. Has a children's play area and a very rich pond. Bang in the middle of downtown Okc, even walking around the garden is lovely !

There is something to do for all ages. Also just enjoying the beauty of nature is a wonderful experience. The garden is also very conveniently located to a variety of venues around town i.e. sports events, restaurants etc.

It is an unassuming destination in the middle of downtown OKC. From the fountains to the botanical displays, there is something for everyone to see and do. I thought it would be boring, but from the employees walking and exercising, to families having a picnic, it is a little peace in the center of town.

We went down for the Christmas lights. It's so pretty and they had hot coco and cookies music and carolers. It's fun and enjoyable for any ages. Some areas might be a little difficult for someone not able to climb. But you don't have to go in that area.

This is a nice green space in the city center and is worth a visit. Not spectacular, but nice enough to spend an hour or so. We enjoyed the visit and don't regret having visited.

The flowers here are simply gorgeous. Since the completion of the recent renovation, the Gardens now have benches, along with a plethora of species of flowers and they provide names and backgrounds of all the species.
