I first saw this building while traveling to a sporting event at nearby OWU. As is often the case during such trips, there was no time to go inside. A half-a-dozen years later I returned to town with my wife on a getaway weekend. This...More

We stopped here en route to Woolaroc ranch from Tulsa. It was interesting to tour the museum area inside the building and learn about its history - but not a "must see" / not worth a big detour if, like us, you're amongst the seemingly...More

I have never stayed in a hotel quite like this, there are only 3 rooms per floor and the elevators are tiny, low ceilings, kind of claustaphobic. Architecture is very interesting and the decor is 70's style.

My husband and I visited here. It was rather interesting seeing the old apartments and very small living quarters. I'll be honest and say it's not worth the money though and if you are claustrophobic don't even try it. The triangle shape tiny elevators will...More

Bartlesville is a nice little town, but with not too much to see or do, but the Price Tower is an interesting piece of architecture and history. I would consider it a must-see - both outside the tower and inside as well.

The building is stunning and definitely a one of a kind. It was originally planned to be 3 times the size but was scaled back due to the cost. Due to the building shape, a lot of the original furniture was designed especially to fit...More

The rooms are original which may or may not be up to current luxury standards, however, every bit as enjoyable because of the mid-century architecture - We REALLY enjoyed out stay

The tour of the building was terrific. The guide was very knowledgeable and even if you are familiar with FLW's work, he points out thing you might miss otherwise. The tour also provides access to areas not available to hotel guests. There was no arts...More

Lovers of Frank Lloyd Wright structures can get a good look at his 1956 Price Tower by reserving a docent-led tour. They are supposed to last 60 minutes but Paula, our docent, responded to our enthusiasm and familiarity with FLW so it lasted more than...More

You can MUCH MORE interior and story with the tour. I think they may be willing to schedule a special tour for you. I'd go anyhow even if the tour does not fit into your schedule as you can see much of the building.

Yes. The tower must arrange for a docent to come be a guide and each tour is limited to about 8 people.
