Excellent day with the family! Had several scattered showers but we had ice cream and waited it out. The animals were more active after the rain storm and saw many things not seen before! Lesson learned... Rain can make the zoo visit more entertaining!!!

The Zoo is very family friends, and there are plenty of animals on display. The staff does a great job of interacting with the public, and have always been friendly.

I stood at the entrance to the tall deck where the giraffes come up and saw very clearly people feeding them, their very long tongues wrapping around the leaves. Viicarious enjoyment for free!
