A short walk to a relic of the past. Newly paved parking lot. Not much else at this location, a picnic table and a new drop toilet. You will be driving to other attractions.... no trail head here. You can see most park attractions in...More

We walk the short way down to the bridge. Nothing spectacular but the history was interesting and that’s why we were there.

It is a little hard to get to, but worth the trip. Very picturesque. There is a road closed sign at the back of the bridge so I had to go to the right so as not to get the sign in my picture.

After a long hike earlier in the day, we were happy to find the covered bridge was close to the parking lot. The bridge is well cared for. The creek it passes over is beautiful.

Map said .5 miles. It wasn't near that far. If in the area, it is a neat stop. Not necessarily worth driving too far out of your way.

The Everett Covered Bridge is a unique historic relic and built in 1877 due to the treacherous nature of creek crossings for early roads. In the 19th Century it was one of the over 2,000 covered bridges in Ohio, a state which led the country...More

Probably wasn't my favorite stop in the park, but it is only a short walk to get back to the bridge. It was pretty crowded, and there were a lot of people taking pictures. To get a good view, you really need to be down...More
