The beach was beautiful not too crowded and quiet. Spent a nice day relaxing by the water. Beach has a lot of sand however it is rocky when you get right down by the water.

This was our first time to this beach and it was beautiful. They have plenty of parking, shady spots too, clean bathrooms and even a concession stand. You can walk down the beach to the lighthouse. The beach is vast. There is plenty of room...More

Years ago this was a nice beach. Now it is mostly stones from the water to the walkway near the parking lot. This place is in need of dire maintenance.Wake up State of Ohio.

probably the biggest public beach in OH. Lots of rest rooms and changing rooms with showers. Sand is clean - great place to exercise

Won't find many beaches around NEO this big. There's a food shack, paved walking trail that leads to a new boardwalk at the east end. Plenty of parking and picnic tables under cottonwood trees.

I read all these reviews about an amazing beach and this is not what we found. It was beautiful and clean for the most part. But I couldn't stand all the rock, it was like being on the river not the lake and definitely not...More
